Bright Zolo is an online gift store creating made-to-order ornaments, lights, and keepsakes for milestones, professions, hobbies, families, pets, and seasonal celebrations.

What We Create

Our catalog includes flat acrylic and wood ornaments, ceramic ornaments, glass ornaments, metal products, and acrylic LED night lights. Material, dimensions, shape, design, pack quantity, and available customization vary by product. The selections and description on each product page control the item ordered.

Made to Order

Most items are prepared only after an order is placed. Normal production time is 2-7 business days before shipment. Bright Zolo reviews order information and coordinates support; production, packing, and delivery partners may assist with manufacturing and fulfillment.

Personalization

For products labeled “Personalized,” customers use the field on the product page to enter the requested name, date, year, or wording. Enter “No text changes” when the selected design should be produced as shown. Customers should review spelling, capitalization, punctuation, design, material, shape, size, and quantity before adding the item to the cart.

Our Service Standard

We aim to present accurate product details, prices, delivery estimates, and resolution steps. Handmade and made-to-order production may cause small differences in color or placement. If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from the confirmed order, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery with photos.
