Cancellation Policy

Made-to-order and personalized items may enter production soon after checkout. Submit change or cancellation requests immediately; approval depends on the actual order status.

How to Request a Cancellation

Email contact@brightzolo.com with the order number, checkout email, and the request. A request is not approved until Bright Zolo confirms it in writing.

When Cancellation May Be Approved

If order review, personalization, production, packing, fulfillment transfer, label creation, and shipment have not started, we may be able to cancel the order and submit a refund to the original payment method.

When Cancellation May Not Be Available

  • Personalization or production has begun.
  • The product has been printed, cut, assembled, packed, or transferred to a production or fulfillment partner.
  • A shipping label has been issued or the parcel has shipped.
  • The request cannot be matched to the order or arrives after completion.

Personalization, Design, Quantity, or Address Changes

We will review requested changes but cannot guarantee them. A material change may affect price, production, or delivery and may require a new order. If a request cannot be completed, the confirmed order may proceed as submitted.

Approved Cancellation Refunds

When a cancellation is approved, the refund is submitted to the original payment method when possible. Payment providers control posting time. Any written confirmation will explain if only part of a mixed-status order can be cancelled.

Store-Initiated Cancellation

Bright Zolo may cancel and refund an order that cannot be produced, contains incomplete or unlawful content, fails payment or fraud checks, violates these terms, or cannot be shipped to the supplied destination.

Please include the order number and checkout email when contacting us about an order. Bright Zolo does not currently publish a customer-service telephone number. Do not mail a return to either address unless support has approved it and provided written return instructions.
