These terms govern access to brightzolo.com and purchases from Bright Zolo. By using the website or placing an order, a customer agrees to these terms and the policies linked on this page.
Eligibility and Accurate Information
Customers must be legally able to enter the transaction and must provide current, complete, and accurate order, billing, delivery, and contact information. Website use must comply with applicable law.
Product Information
We aim to describe materials, dimensions, colors, design options, quantities, and intended use accurately. The selected product variation and confirmed order control. Screen settings and made-to-order processes may produce minor color, scale, or placement differences that are not defects.
Made-to-Order and Personalized Products
Most items are produced after purchase. For products labeled “Personalized,” customers must enter requested details in the product-page field and verify spelling, capitalization, punctuation, names, dates, years, design, material, shape, size, and quantity. Enter “No text changes” only when the selected design should be produced as shown.
Customer Responsibility for Submitted Content
Customers represent that they have permission to use any names, photographs, logos, trademarks, artwork, text, or other content submitted for an order. Bright Zolo may refuse or cancel content that appears unlawful, deceptive, harmful, abusive, infringing, or technically unsuitable.
Orders and Acceptance
An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may review, hold, refuse, or cancel an order that cannot be produced, has incomplete information, fails payment or fraud checks, violates these terms, or cannot be shipped. If we cancel a paid order before fulfillment, we will submit the appropriate refund.
Prices, Taxes, Shipping, and Payment
Prices may change before checkout. The confirmed USD checkout total, including displayed product price, discount, shipping, and applicable tax, controls the transaction. Payment-provider terms may also apply. Shipping availability and charges are determined at checkout.
Production and Delivery
Most products require 2-7 business days for production. Standard U.S. transit commonly requires another 5-12 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, address issues, or events outside reasonable control.
Changes, Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds
Requests are governed by the Cancellation Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy. Personalized and made-to-order products are generally not returnable for change of mind or customer-submitted errors after production begins. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Website and Account Use
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, bypass security, introduce malicious code, or interfere with store operation.
- Do not use the website for fraud, unlawful activity, abusive communications, or infringement.
- Do not scrape or overload the site in a disruptive way.
- Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized use.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, Bright Zolo branding, site text, original graphics, product presentation, photographs, and other protected content are owned by or licensed to Bright Zolo. They may not be copied, republished, redistributed, or commercially exploited without permission or another lawful basis.
Third-Party Services
Payment, shipping, maps, analytics, and other functions may be provided by third parties. Their services may be subject to separate terms and availability. Bright Zolo is not responsible for a third party’s independent service beyond obligations that cannot legally be excluded.
Disclaimer and Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided subject to the descriptions and policies published at purchase. Bright Zolo is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, customer-submitted errors, or carrier and customs delays outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, a customer is responsible for claims arising from unlawful customer-submitted content, misuse of the website, or a material violation of these terms.
Severability and No Waiver
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted. Failure to enforce a provision immediately does not waive it.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as operations, services, or legal requirements change. The version published when an order is placed applies to that transaction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Questions and Disputes
Contact us first with the order number and a clear description so we can review the matter. These terms do not restrict rights to contact a payment provider, regulator, consumer agency, or court where applicable.

Please include the order number and checkout email when contacting us about an order. Bright Zolo does not currently publish a customer-service telephone number. Do not mail a return to either address unless support has approved it and provided written return instructions.
